Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with tags intact
  • Free from damage or stains

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used or washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us with your order details:

We’ll guide you through the steps to send your product back. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired product.
